First Look: Kim Kardashian Gets Primped Before Saying "I Do"

Kim Kardashian's nuptials went off without a hitch—minus an adorable crying nephew, that is—but, as you can imagine, that sort of perfection takes a lot of planning.

Check out E! News' exclusive behind-the-scenes video of Kim getting primped before swapping vows with basketball star Kris Humphries in front of roughly 450 people. The bride wore an ivory Vera Wang strapless ballgown with a full tulle skirt and basque waist with handpieced Chantilly lace applique on the bodice and train. Her glittering accessories included a jeweled head piece atop her veil.

Sisters Khloé Kardashian Odom and Kourtney Kardashian served as co-maids of honor, and Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner and Kaela Humphries were bridesmaids. All glowed in assymetrically draped ivory silk organza mermaid gowns.
