Just this week, speculation as to whether or not LeAnn Rimes was expecting a baby kicked into high gear thanks no doubt to the one-two media punch of hubby Eddie Cibrian's artful and seemingly unnecessary dodging of a direct pregnancy question posed to him by a reporter, and the fact that it's been a lifetime (at the very least, a week, which only seems like a lifetime) since LeAnn has dared to bare her bikini bod.

Disneyland lived up to its reputation as the happiest place on Earth yesterday—with a little help from LeAnn Rimes.
The singer and her husband, Eddie Cibrian, spent Monday afternoon with 6-year-old Cadence Cogs, who is suffering from multiple disorders, with one leading to blindness. The little girl's dream was to visit and see Disneyland before she completely lost her sight.

LeAnn Rimes and Brandi Glanville continue to keep the peace.
The singer was spotted making nice with husband Eddie Cibrian's ex-wife on Sunday as the two sat side by side—and even politely chatted—while watching Eddie and Brandi's 4-year-old son, Jake, play soccer.
"We all had a blast!" Rimes tweeted after the game. "It was a peaceful, wonderful day. He was so cute. His first game was so funny."

A wedding-gown-wearing LeAnn Rimes got into white-trash mode for Halloween by dressing up as a beer-guzzling, chain-smoking, tattooed mother-to-be.

The singer posted a bunch of pics of herself wearing the outrageous outfit as hubby Eddie Cibrian sports a mullet and proudly pats her fake baby bump.
But LeAnn was quick to point out that these shots should not be taken seriously.
"Let's put up a disclaimer right now," she tweeted. "WE DO NOT condone anything that has to do with our costume! All in fun!"

That would be so genius, but we highly doubt that's the entire story this season. Although the deets aren't totally clear, we're guessing Chord wasn't too happy with his small gigs after Glee. Apparently, his likeability factor goes down when he's not singing Justin Bieber tunes—but we're glad he's back! However, your question on the timing of it all is well taken.
