Katy Perry continues to unload the parts of her that don't matter anymore.
The pop star has sold the TriBeCa penthouse she bought a month before her ill-fated vow swap with Russell Brand, according to various media reports.
Presumably she thought they'd share many happy days of holy matrimony in the 1,500-square-foot duplex on North Moore Street with sweeping views of New York City. But now, the only thing left to figure is whether or not she took a loss.

Almost nine months after calling it quits, E! News confirms that Marc Anthony has filed for divorce from Jennifer Lopez in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, and yup, you guessed it—he cited "irreconcilable differences."

Just four days after Heidi Klum filed divorce papers from Seal, the singer filed his own papers on Tuesday to end their nearly seven-year marriage.
Like Klum, 38, Seal cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for split, according to court documents obtained by E! News. While the Project Runway host requested primary physical custody of their children, Seal has requested joint legal custody of Leni, 7, Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2.
And while Klum and Seal, 49, won't spend the rest of their lives in wedded bliss, that doesn't mean there's any ill will between them…
