Time magazine was undoubtedly banking on just that this week when they sent their issue to the presses, led off by the controversial image of Jamie Lynne Grumet boldly breastfeeding her son.

Yesterday the stars had their say, and today it was Grumet's turn, as she sat down with the Today show to explain her side of the attention-commanding cover.

John Travolta Lawsuit: Do the Guys Alleging Sexual Battery Have a Shot at Winning?

In the case of John Does 1 and 2 vs. John Travolta, the anonymous plaintiffs have a hefty burden of proof on their shoulders.

"An attorney has filed a federal lawsuit, which is very serious, and he is making some serious allegations about sexual assault," civil litigator Anahita Sedaghatfar, an expert in sexual harassment cases, tells E! News.

"I'm actually very concerned for [the plaintiffs' attorney, Okorie Okorocha] and I hope that he has thoroughly vetted his clients. I hope he has evidence to back up his claims."

Supposed evidence that Travolta's attorney, Marty Singer, is already gearing up to shoot down. Not to mention he's already promised legal retribution.

Hasan Minhaj isn't ready to let Ashton Kutcher off the hook for going in brownface—not by a mile.

In a Youtube Video posted on Sunday that's since gone viral, the comedian slammed the Two and a Half Men star for playing a stereotypical Bollywood film producer and poking fun at South Asians in a Popchips ad, which sparked an uproar and charges that the spot was racist.

Minhaj, who's Indian-American, says he wanted to keep the subject of racial stereotypes in the spotlight and wondered why Kutcher and the chipmaker felt it was perfectly fine to lampoon people sharing his heritage to sell a snack but not OK, say, to mock African-Americans or other groups.

Despite what Tony Lucca's critics are saying on social media, due credit was given when The Voice contestant sang "99 Problems" last night.

That's the word from Adam Levine, who defended his protégé on Twitter today in the wake of accusations by some of the show's viewers that Lucca failed to acknowledge that his countrified take on Jay-Z's hit was actually a cover of a bluegrass version performed by English singer-songwriter Hugo.

In fact, the Voice coach clarified that an attribution was made but got lost somewhere in the edit.
