Right now the body count on that flick stands at five, including Sacha Baron Cohen, Kevin Costner, Kurt Russell, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and, depending on who to you talk to, Jonah Hill. Still in the saddle—at least, at this hour—are Christoph Waltz, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jamie Foxx, Samuel L. Jackson and Kerry Washington.
Five actors in, and then out? Here's what I was able to dig up:

Time's Breastfeeding Mom Speaks Out on Controversy: "It Did Create Such a Media Craze"
It's not exactly a mystery for the ages: You stick a photo of a woman breastfeeding her 3-year-old child on the cover of a major magazine, there's going to be some national chatter about it. And, for better or worse, it's probably not going to be good.
Time magazine was undoubtedly banking on just that this week when they sent their issue to the presses, led off by the controversial image of Jamie Lynne Grumet boldly breastfeeding her son.

John Travolta Lawsuit: Do the Guys Alleging Sexual Battery Have a Shot at Winning?
In the case of John Does 1 and 2 vs. John Travolta, the anonymous plaintiffs have a hefty burden of proof on their shoulders.
"An attorney has filed a federal lawsuit, which is very serious, and he is making some serious allegations about sexual assault," civil litigator Anahita Sedaghatfar, an expert in sexual harassment cases, tells E! News.
"I'm actually very concerned for [the plaintiffs' attorney, Okorie Okorocha] and I hope that he has thoroughly vetted his clients. I hope he has evidence to back up his claims."

Watch: Ashton Kutcher's Brownface Popchips Ad Gets Taken Apart by Indian-American Comedian Hasan Minhaj!
Hasan Minhaj isn't ready to let Ashton Kutcher off the hook for going in brownface—not by a mile.
In a Youtube Video posted on Sunday that's since gone viral, the comedian slammed the Two and a Half Men star for playing a stereotypical Bollywood film producer and poking fun at South Asians in a Popchips ad, which sparked an uproar and charges that the spot was racist.
Minhaj, who's Indian-American, says he wanted to keep the subject of racial stereotypes in the spotlight and wondered why Kutcher and the chipmaker felt it was perfectly fine to lampoon people sharing his heritage to sell a snack but not OK, say, to mock African-Americans or other groups.

Despite what Tony Lucca's critics are saying on social media, due credit was given when The Voice contestant sang "99 Problems" last night.
That's the word from Adam Levine, who defended his protégé on Twitter today in the wake of accusations by some of the show's viewers that Lucca failed to acknowledge that his countrified take on Jay-Z's hit was actually a cover of a bluegrass version performed by English singer-songwriter Hugo.
In fact, the Voice coach clarified that an attribution was made but got lost somewhere in the edit.
