Tintin: Five Things You Need to Know About the Comic-Book Hero
You've seen the trailers, listened to filmmakers Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson and heard tell that this Tintin character is quite popular in some places.
Like the whole rest of the world.
So who is he, and why should you care? Read on as our resident Tintin nerd gives you the facts you need before heading in to see The Adventures of Tintin, which opens Tuesday.
Man of Steel's Superman: Is Henry Cavill's Costume Another Wonder Woman Disaster?
How can Superman be both covered and completely exposed at the same time?
Some newly released images from Man of Steel provide a closer look at the Immortally buff Henry Cavill fully suited up for crimefighting and...we wonder if it's going to scare purists more than criminals.
Sure, there's still a big red "S" on his chest, but what else is going on here?
What Happened to Prince Harry's Face? (Not to Mention His Hair!)
We never noticed how much Prince Harry resembled George W. Bush. And Tintin.
Britain's most eligible bachelor will be starring in his own chapter of the biographical comic-book series The Royals, which kicked off earlier this year with Prince Wiliam and Catherine Middleton. The cover art is apparently an attempt to play up his rugged athleticism, coupled with his every-guy appeal.
Both of which he has, but we never considered Harry to be a carrot-top before! And neither does he...
Comic-Con Preview! Breaking Dawn, Spider-Man, Snow White and 12 More Huge Movies
Remember when Comic-Con was that niche convention devoted solely to superheroes and comic books?
Neither do we.
The annual four-day extravaganza in San Diego, Calif., which kicks-off tonight, is still the place to be if you love dressing up like Matter-Eater Lad. But these days, it's also the place to be if you've got a thing for major movie stars and inside scoop on the hottest upcoming films:

New Green Lantern Trailer Dumbs It Down for the Rest of Us
If you found yourself feeling a bit confused after watching the previous two trailers, this latest one should help clarify things a bit for non-comic book geeks.
Think of it as a "Green Lantern for Dummies" kind of guide.
Here we get a very straightforward explanation about the origin of the Green Lantern Corps, what the evil Parallax is and how Ryan Reynolds eventually becomes one of the intergalactic peacekeepers.
So check it out. Unless, of course, you already know it all. In that case, just wait until the real deal hits theaters on June 17.
Marion Cotillard, Joseph Gordon-Levitt Officially Join Dark Knight Rises—Here's Who They're Playing...
The Dark Knight Rises is starting to look more and more like that Inception reunion.
Warner Bros. announced today that Oscar winner Marion Cotillard and Joseph Gordon-Levitt are officially onboard to join director Christopher Nolan's third (and possibly final?) Batman installment. So who are these two set to play?
Mystery Solved! Nicolas Cage's Rare Superman Comic Found 10 Years After Being Reported Stolen
Nicolas Cage was recently on the receiving end of some very good news.
A mint-condition copy of Action Comics No. 1—i.e., the first-ever Superman—that Cage reported stolen 10 years ago was discovered last month in a San Fernando Valley storage locker, and the Oscar winner can't wait to get it back.
"It is divine providence that the comic was found and I am hopeful that the heirloom will be returned to my family," Cage said in an awesome statement Monday.
So, how did the Superman nut enthusiast (Cage's 5-year-old son is named Kal-el) get so lucky?
Arnold Schwarzenegger Is Back as The Governator—Watch the Trailer!
Was Arnold Schwarzenegger's recent announcement that he was ready to act again simply a diversionary tactic to help conceal his actual identity as a crime-fighting superhero?
That certainly seems to be the case given how this brand-new trailer for the upcoming animated TV series The Governator shows what the former California leader has been up to since leaving office. Sure, we've witnessed him battle baddies on the big screen, but who knew he was capable of doing the same in real life, too?!
So what do you think? Should folks like Bruce Wayne and Peter Parker pack it in? After all, there's a new sheriff governor in town.
Think New Wonder Woman Is Bad? Get a Load of the Five Worst TV Superhero Costumes of All Time
The reviews are in! The tweaked, toned-down and rebooted ("literally") Wonder Woman costume is "improved," "totally works" and--hey!--makes our lady of the Amazon "look like a woman and not a porn star."
Whew! It looks like Adrianne Palicki's get-up, coming to NBC this fall, will be just good enough (or not bad enough) to avoid joining our TV superhero costume hall of shame:
