Safe to say, we've never been fans of the double standard the whole Chris Brown situation has been consistently reflecting since his 2009 assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna. For starters there was that freebie of a verdict we think he received: community service and probation.  

And now that ABC has basically swept the whole dressing room freak-out under the rug in order to protect Brown for his stint tonight on Dancing With the Stars, the network seems to be sending him the message that his dangerous ‘tude is A-OK.

Newsflash, it's not. Cheryl Burke obviously thinks so.

DWTS' Cheryl Burke Admits Being Molested As a Child

Dancing With the Stars champ Cheryl Burke is opening up about the childhood molestation inflicted upon her at the hands of a so-called family friend.

"It was lots of touching," she reveals in the latest issue of People magazine while discussing the retired mailman who did odd jobs around her house and was often asked to pick her up from school when she was just 5 years old.

Just when we thought Dancing With the Stars was a memory (until next season, at least!), along comes news that our ol' pal Evan Lysacek is heading to New York City.

The Olympian and DWTS runner-up is among the guests expected at Elle magazine's inaugural Women in Music party on Wednesday at the Highline Ballroom. Pro-hoofer Cheryl Burke will also be there along with Sara Bareilles, Whitney Port and Zac Posen. Kelis will perform, as will The Like.
