Glee's Lea Michele in Talks for Spring Awakening Movie!
Is Lea Michele gearing up for another Spring Awakening?
We are so excited to exclusively report that the Glee gal could be reprising her role from the hit Broadway musical in the upcoming movie adaptation.
Here's the scoop...

Mariska Hargitay Confesses "Secret" Broadway Dream
It's safe to say Mariska Hargitay doesn't get to do much singing and dancing on Law & Order: SVU.
But could the Emmy winner, who recently strutted her stuff in NBC's star-studded Super Bowl commercial, be headed for a gig on Broadway?
It turns out...
Nick Carter Dedicates Tour to Sister's Memory as Aaron Takes Time From Broadway to Mourn Death
The show must go on, but not with its current leading man.
Aaron Carter, currently starring in the off-Broadway production of The Fantasticks, will be temporarily leaving his performing duties to his understudy while he mourns the sudden and so far unexplained loss of his 25-year-old sister, former E! reality star Leslie Carter.
Cynthia Nixon Shows Off New Bald Look
Cynthia Nixon is proving that bald can indeed be beautiful.
The former Sex and the City star certainly got everyone's attention this morning when she showed up on Live With Kelly minus her mane.
So, why did the 45-year-old actress decide to lose her locks?
Nick Jonas Naked on Broadway? "You Have to Be Open to Everything"
Nick Jonas is no longer that squeaky-clean tween he was during the heyday of the Jonas Brothers.
No, he hasn't done anything wrong, but...
The Help's Jessica Chastain Talks Broadway: "I'm Really, Really Scared!"
So what's a gal to do after she's had a handful of mucho-buzzed-about flicks—including The Help and Tree of Life—hit theaters in just one year? Ditch the big screen for a bit and head to Broadway!
Which is exactly what Golden Globe and BAFTA Best Supporting Actress nominee Jessica Chastain is doing with a fall 2012 stint in The Heiress. What a refreshing break from Tinseltown, no?
No. At least according to Ms. Chastain herself:
Hey, Jessica Chastain, We Planned Your EGOT Path for You!
Jessica Chastain hasn't been dubbed this year's award season darling for nothing.
And she's not going anywhere...except, well, from Hollywood to Broadway. Yesterday it was announced that Jessica would be leaving behind T-town—where she made a huge, huge splash last year—to hit the stage in a fall 2012 staging of the play The Heiress.
Which to us screams: Tony! And since Jess is already getting plenty of buzz for Oscars, we have zero doubt that the gal could eventually go for the EGOT (that'd be an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony). So Team Truth laid out her award show-stealin' road map.
And in reverse order, here it is:
UPDATE!
Are Taylor Swift and Amanda Seyfried Feeling Miserable?
If Helena Bonham Carter and Sacha Baron Cohen had a daughter, do you think she would like Taylor Swift?
Probably not, but...
Private Practice Star Audra McDonald Is Engaged!
Audra McDonald has found her way back to paradise.
The Private Practice star is engaged to fellow Broadway veteran Will Swenson after a two-act courtship—they were costars in 2007 but didn't start dating until they reprised their roles in the same show three years later.
"Thanks 4 all of the sweet congrats on our engagement. We're super happy and excited," McDonald tweeted today.
Wait, is it getting warmer in here...?
Lea Michele Still Interested in Funny Girl, but Maybe Not Any More Musical Movies
We were shocked (shocked!) when the Broadway rival of Funny Girl decided to go ahead without shoo-in Lea Michele.
L.M. has proven she has the pipes to belt out "My Man" (among other Funny tunes originally sung by Barbra Streisand); plus, she certainly has the star power to relaunch the über-expensive show.
And she may still have a chance now that the plans for L.A. and New York shows have been scrapped for the time being.
So when we met up with Ms. Michele at the junket for her latest film, New Year's Eve, we asked Lea whether she'd be interested in taking on the project if they approached her:
