Bret Michaels' Tony Awards headache has finally come to an end.
The 49-year-old Poison frontman settled with the musical awards show and CBS Broadcasting Monday, after filing a lawsuit back in March 2011 for an onstage mishap during the 2009 Tonys that he claims caused him to have a brain hemorrhage.

UPDATE (July 6, 2011): Michaels' lawsuit, originally filed in L.A., was transferred to New York after a federal judge ruled that it made more sense for a Manhattan judge to hear the case, considering the incident in question occurred in NYC.

Bret Michaels' accident has come back to haunt the Tony Awards.
After the rocker performed at the June 2009 ceremony honoring Broadway's best, a piece of the set that was being lowered onto the stage smacked Michaels in the face, knocking him down and leaving him with a cut lip and broken nose.
But months later, Michaels added in a lawsuit filed Friday against the show's producers and CBS, he suffered a "near fatal" subarachnoid hemorrhage, "which is not uncommon when dealing with head traumas."
And Michaels wants them to pay.

Back in October, Bret Michaels told me that the teen queen's much buzzed-about cover of Poison's "Every Rose Has Its Thorn" would be the second single released off her then new album Can't Be Tamed.
Then the celeb tabloids came along and ruined everything by claiming that Michaels was having an affair with Cyrus' mom, Tish.

Bret Michaels' rose of health keeps getting more thorns.
The singer is currently undergoing surgery in a Phoenix hospital to close a hole in his heart that doctors discovered last April.
The procedure follows a brain hemorrhage the Celebrity Apprentice star suffered last spring, which landed him in critical condition in the hospital.
