It appears Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner have said goodbye to their relationship.
A source confirms to E! News that the rocker and Jenner have split, after dating for almost two years.

It all ends tomorrow, but first, the top three contestants had to shine tonight.
And, theoretically, the judges had to refrain from killing each other.
Melanie Amaro, Josh Krajcik and Chris Rene successfully managed to put all distractions—like biased knocks from the judges and the questions of whether Nicole Scherzinger is doing a good enough job judging or whether Steve Jones is a proper host—aside and make the finals of the inaugural U.S. season of The X Factor.
"It's going to be the closest final we've ever had," Simon Cowell predicted before they started singing—never mind that "we've" never had an X Factor final before...but we get what he meant.
So who gave a $5 million performance tonight?

Why does Brody Jenner keep getting into fights at bars? This time it was with GF Avril Lavigne, and last time it was with that Playboy chick. I really don't support violence in any way, but it seems a little fishy that he would get into multiple "unprovoked" fights like his rep says.

Look, all I know is Brody's a pretty nice guy who sometimes hangs out with dudes (and gals) who aren't. Maybe he doesn't always have the best radar, but his intentions are usually cool. And Avril is actually quite a change from Adam's Playmate past, but yeah, pretty ironic both women ended up with same fisticuffs situation. If the cameras were only around, Brody would still have his reality show!

Sergeant Keith Green from the LAPD confirms to E! News that Brody Jenner filed a police report for assault with a deadly weapon early Sunday morning after a blissful night out with his rocker girlfriend turned ugly at the Roosevelt hotel in Hollywood.

Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner are tweeting mad about the violent incident they were involved in this weekend.
The couple were enjoying a night out at in Hollywood at the Roosevelt Hotel when things quickly turned ugly.
Police confirm there was a brawl that involved Avril and Brody, but no arrests have been made and they're still "sorting out" what happened.
But Avril herself said she was attacked by multiple people and suffered major injuries...
