The Real Housewives of Orange County, Season 12Bravo

It's almost time to return to the OC with the ladies of The Real Housewives of Orange County, and you know what that means—new taglines!

In what's become a beloved annual tradition for any proper Bravoholic ahead of premiere week, the network has released season 12's new opening credits, along with those new deliciously quotable catchphrases. And true to form, this year's do not disappoint. But did each Housewife manage to top her previous tagline? That is the goal, after all.

Let's take a look at their new offerings and see who rose to the occasion and who missed the mark!

The Official Ranking of The Real Housewives

Up first is Shannon Beador with a nice nod to her unparalleled obsession with healthy living: "The truth is organic, but lies are just artificial." But does it come close to last year's gem? "Karma's a bitch, so I don't have to be one" is a pretty tough one to beat.

Tamra Judge is up next with yet another callback to her recent religious reawakening: "I'm pint-sized, baptized and highly prized." Does her rhyme scheme edge out last year's "My faith is strong...and my ass isn't bad either"?

New mom Meghan King Edmonds comes next with the inevitable nod to motherhood, as well as some not-so-subtle shade towards her co-stars: "I can handle a baby, and women who act like one!" It's nice to see her move on from her baseball references of yore, but did she top "In the game of life, I choose my team wisely"?

Up next is spitfire Kelly Dodd, bringing all the sass: "If I want your opinion, I'll give it to you." Compared to last year's "I don't throw parties. I am the party," was second time the charm?

Returning after a four-year absence is Lydia McLaughlin with a very on-brand bit of whimsy: "If you can't take my sparkle, then stay off my rainbow." Has she gained any edge since her season eight's "You only live once, but if you work it right, once is enough"?

Newbie Peggy Sulahian (the franchise's 100th Housewife!) come in next with her inaugural line: "I'm living the American dream, one sports car at a time." When in doubt, reference your wealth, right?

And last but not least, the true OG of the O.C. Vicki Gunvalson delivers her latest: "I go big or go home, and I'm not going home." Did she manage to improve upon last year's "Before you judge me, you better be perfect"?

What do you think of this year's lines? Who stepped up their game? And who fell short? Sound off in the comments below!
