Oh, you woke up early after a long night to go to the gym? That's cute.

Shannen Doherty literally put all of our workout excuses to shame and proved she's a boss when she shared an Instagram video today explaining that she'd just underwent chemotherapy and was heading to the gym. Yes, she went to work out after chemo.

The actress recorded the video while in the car, and told fans, "So, it's the day after chemo, as you can see—red face, a little bit puffy from the steroids. I'm not feeling too great, I'm really tired. I was nauseous last night and achy. Everything sort of typical after chemo."

But added that she wasn't going to let that stop her from getting in some fitness. "I would prefer to be laying in bed right now and doing nothing, but, guess where I'm heading? I'm gonna go workout."

Doherty explains in her caption that although it's harder some days than others, she tried to get a workout in to release the toxins in her body.

"After chemo day. I believe that just moving helps so much in the healing process. It's not always easy and sometimes I can't do it the next day but I try to make an effort to get the blood flowing and the toxins out of my body thru working out," she wrote.

"Some days are easy workouts and other days I push it but the key is to MOVE!!! This is for any illness. Obviously check with your doctor. The road to recovery is paved with all sorts of different material. #beastmode #fightlikeagirl #warrior."

Doherty has been fighting her cancer battle in the public eye, sharing pictures of her mom and friends shaving her head while undergoing chemotherapy. The Charmed alum perfectly captioned the series of photos, "#cancersucks" and "#thankgodforfriends."

The actress also praised her husband for his ongoing support through her battle, telling fans in an Instagram caption that her marriage to Kurt Iswarienko only has gotten stronger since receiving her diagnosis. Doherty also received a shout out from some of her Hollywood BFFs, including Sarah Michelle Gellar.

Doherty first revealed her breast cancer diagnosis when she filed the lawsuit against her former accounting firm. After the revelation, Doherty said she was set to undergo chemotherapy and have a mastectomy.
