Who's on the gurney?!

That's the big mystery this season on How to Get Away With Murder—at least for the first half of the season until the big reveal happens in episode nine. We know very few things about the death so far, but here's what we do know: When Annalise (Viola Davis) peeked under the sheet at the end of the season three premiere, she flipped the eff out—meaning the victim is likely to be someone with whom she has a close relationship.

It'll be heartbreaking no matter who it is, but creator Pete Nowalk told E! News that he's so upset about what happens that he's avoided writing the episode for as long as possible. "That's a thing I've been putting off for as long as I could because it was something we set in motion in May with the writer's room and it's finally coming to fruition in a way that's really horrible for everyone on the show," he admitted.

Who Does Michaela Call In a How to Get Away With Murder Crisis?

Star Conrad Ricamora told us he feels the same way: "Oh God, it makes me get choked up," he said. "It's heartbreaking! And I think it's going to surprise people. It's not going to be what people think but it's heartbreaking."

With those things in mind, we tried to figure out who the victim could be—and came up with a ranking (from least likely to most likely) of who could be under the sheet.

Check back every week as we update the ranking when a new survivor is revealed, and leave your best guesses in the comments below!

ABC

WHO'S SAFE:

1. Oliver (Conrad Ricamora)

The newest addition to the Keating 5, Oliver was an obvious choice to kick the bucket—so it makes sense that he was the first of the bunch revealed to be safe.

2. Bonnie (Liza Weil)

Bonnie is Annalise's original right hand girl—so her loss would've hurt. Thankfully, Bonnie was the second person revealed safe.

3. Laurel (Karla Souza)

Laurel is Annalise's right hand girl this season, but she's not out of the woods yet. Laurel was found unconscious in Annalise's basement—and she's pregnant.

4. Michaela (Aja Naomi King)

With Michaela safe, it leaves just men as the potential victim found dead at Annalise's house in the premiere.

5. Asher (Matt McGorry)

We only had to wait a week before we found out that Michaela's boo, Asher, was safe (just drunk).

ABC

WHO'S MOST LIKELY TO DIE:

4. Nate (Billy Brown)

Nate's the most obvious of victims—which means as far as this show goes, he should be pretty safe.

3. Frank (Charlie Weber)

The guy's been gone most of the season and has the potential to put the Keating Five away for a long time. Would anyone be THAT upset if he were gone? (Aside from the fact that we won't be able to gaze into those baby blues anymore...)

2. Connor (Jack Falahee)

This would be pretty devastating, wouldn't it? And kind of unexpected?

1. Wes (Alfred Enoch)

As with Connor, this would be both unexpected and totally devastating—which is why he is still our bet for the person on the gurney.

Who do you think will die this season? Was that Annalise's honest reaction, or could she be laying it on thick? Leave your thoughts in the comments below!
