Katy Perry made a bold statement on Instagram Monday: "TOMORROW, I USE MY BODY AS CLICK BAIT TO HELP CHANGE THE WORLD." The pop star followed through, as she teamed up with Funny or Die and Rock the Vote on Voter Registration Day to get people to the polls Nov. 8. Perry wants people—especially young people—to get involved in the political process.

With popcorn and candy in her hair, Perry shared some "great" news with viewers. "This year, you can look like s--t when you vote," the "Rise" singer said. "Yup, I've briefly scanned the Constitution, and nowhere does it say you can't just roll out of bed and come to the polls in whatever state you woke up in. In the name of democracy, any 'just out of bed' look is A-OK."

To prove her point, Perry showed a woman wearing a onesie, a "hunk" in kids' briefs, a girl in a "free XL T-shirt you got from your bank" and more. "Did I mention the hunk in the kids' briefs?"

Because Perry sleeps naked, she stripped out of her pajamas.

"Yup, let those babies loose," she said, "'cause no one ever said—"

Before she could finish her sentence, two cops arrived on the scene and put Perry in handcuffs. "All right, ma'am," the male police officer said. "That's enough of that." Perry argued that she "read the constitution" and has a "right to vote naked," but the female police officer informed her that she had been misinformed. "Did you read it, or did you just briefly scan it?" she asked.

The cops put Perry in the back of a squad car, where she sat beside a similarly nude Joel McHale. "You too?" he asked. "Scratch that. Gotta wear clothes," Perry realized. "My bad!"

As the car drove off, Perry shouted, "See you at the polls Nov. 8!"
