On a day filled with sadness-tinged Brad Pitt references, we could not have predicted that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. would be the show most likely to have us channeling his Se7en character and yelling, "what's in the box?!"
And yet, here we are, wondering what's up with the ghost lady who seems to be infecting anyone who opens up her box of mist, convincing them that everyone around them is turning into a terrifying monster.
Is the mist the thing they're seeing in the box, or is the mist just the security for whatever glowy thing actually resides in the box? Where did the ghost lady come from? We have so many questions and so few answers!
While that box and its effect on May (Ming Na Wen) are undoubtedly bad news, it did bring us one good thing: Ghost Rider!
Gabriel Luna made his debut as the classic fiery antihero, and looked pretty good for a skeleton with his head on fire. We've got a lot to learn about him, but we're liking what we've seen so far!
