Gloria Estefan Guest Stars on Jane the Virgin: "Feels Like Family"

The cast of Jane the Virgin had a very special guest, none other than Gloria Estefan. 

Eva Longoria, who is directing several episodes of the series, shared a photo of herself with the singer, Gina Rodriguez and some of the ladies from the show's cast. "These are some of my favorite women! #JaneTheVirgin #Directing," the star captioned the post. 

While Rodriguez shared the same photo and wrote, "When you are surrounded by empowering and loving women who uplift each other! #JaneTheVirgin."

"So happy to actually be a part of one of my favorite shows on television, Jane the Virgin. It feels like family. Thanks to the entire cast and crew and our incredible director and friend, Eva Longoria. On the show Rogelio (Jaime Camil) has always been saying that I'm one of his best friends," Gloria says exclusively to E! News. "Funny, because Emilio and I consider Jaime one of our best friends too! FUN!"

To prepare for Estefan's arrival, Rodriguez and Camil created a hilarious Dubsmash dancing to the singer's "Rhythm Is Gonna Get You." "In preparation for Gloria and Emilio Estefan's guest starring on #janethevirgin dad and I took to our usual trailer shenanigans. #LoveMyTvPops," Gina wrote.
