Not even a serious injury could prevent Jana Kramer from celebrating TV week.

With the second week of Dancing With the Stars upon us, the country singer decided to go back to her roots by dancing to the One Tree Hill theme song.

Between Gavin DeGraw performing "I Don't Want to Be" live plus a supportive partner in Gleb Savchenko, what could possibly go wrong?

Unfortunately, an injury during practice days before may have prevented the actress from getting an even higher score.

"I went to the doctors and found out that I have torn muscles in between my ribs. The doctor says I shouldn't dance," Jana shared with the audience before performing in the ballroom. "I'm very worried that we're not going to be able to get through the dance. I don't want to leave the second weekend."

Ultimately, Jana pushed through the pain and earned praise and plenty of credit from the judges panel.

"First of all, you're a trooper. I know the pain that you're going through," Julianne Hough shared. "Well done for just going out and giving it your best shot."

Carrie Ann Inaba added, "This is when you realize that dancing is truly a sport because that was a difficult routine to get through. I could see your pain the whole time….You gave it your all. Your heart was 1,000% there. Next week, I hope you feel better."

And for those wondering how Jana was really feeling, we may not have heard the full truth Monday night.

"Every time you did a backbend, I was wincing just worried about you. How are you?" host Tom Bergeron asked. Jana replied, "I feel great."

"Now, let me ask you, would you lie to me if you weren't feeling okay?" Tom added. "Yes," Jana responded.

Dancing With the Stars airs Monday nights at 8 p.m. only on ABC.
