Well, this is going to make for some awkward block parties.

Now that David and Shannon Beador have sold their palatial digs (and all the furnishings) in one of the quickest sales we've seen on The Real Housewives of Orange County, they're on the move. And as luck would have it, they're moving into the same exclusive O.C. neighborhood as Shannon's newest enemy: Kelly Dodd.

And if their interaction in this sneak peek of tonight's new episode, exclusive to E! News, is any indication, things are going to awfully uncomfortable in Corona del Mar.

As Shannon prepares to pack up her entire house in one week on her own (Why no movers, you ask? "I don't want their germs."), she invites Tamra Judge and Heather Dubrow over for a packing party, with Kelly tagging along. "One would hope that Kelly would have the decency not to attack me in my own home," Shannon says. "But am I a bit nervous there might be another explosion? Yep."

Revealing herself to be nothing more than a gracious guest, arriving with a bottle of champagne and walking on eggshells, Kelly asks what area Shannon's moving into.

"In Corona del Mar," Shannon reveals.

"So you're going to be neighbors with Kelly," Tamra points out, while Shannon and Kelly try to avoid eye contact at all costs once the connection is made.

Kelly's interview says it best: "Oh s--t."

To see the awkward moment go down, be sure to check out the video above. And to find out how this all shakes out, don't miss tonight's episode.

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Mondays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
