It's official: Donald Trump is the Republican nominee for presidency.

The announcement was made earlier tonight, and shortly following the big news, Trump's children Tiffany Trump and Donald Trump Jr. each took the stage at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, and, of course, both had nothing but wonderful things to say about their father and the potential president of the United States.

Tiffany stepped out in a blue frock and admitted to the large crowd that she's a bit nervous, telling the audience, "When I graduated college a couple of months ago, I never expected to be here tonight addressing the nation. I've given a few speeches in front of classrooms and students but never in an arena with more than 10 million people watching. But like my father, I never back down from challenges."

The recent University of Pennsylvania graduate spoke about her dad's constant support for her throughout the years, and mentioned that she loves introducing friends to her father (especially if they have preconceived notions) so that they can get to know the real him.

"They meet a man with natural charm and no facade. In person my father is so friendly, so considerate and so real. My friends walk away with a glimpse of all that he is and all that he means to me of the strong, protective, kind, endearing man I am so proud to call my father. I have admired my father all of my life and I love him with all my heart."

While Tiffany's speech seemed a bit more intimate and personal (as far as political speeches go), her older brother's was more policy-heavy. Trump's eldest son spoke on the candidate's work ethic, views of education and determination to help shift America into the country he hopes to see.

"His unrelenting determination is why he's going to become our next president and why I know when my father says he can fix the country, he means it," Trump Jr. said.

"You want to know what kind of president he'll be? Let me tell you how he ran his businesses, and I know because I was there with him by his side on job sites in conference rooms by the time I could walk. He didn't hide out behind the desk in an executive suite. He spent his career with regular Americans. He hung out with the guys on construction sites, pouring concrete and hanging sheet rock."

Of course, Trump's opponent Hillary Clinton was obviously mentioned. "Hillary Clinton would be the first President in history to fail a background check," Trump Jr. told the crowd.

"When we elect him," Trump says of his father, "we'll have made America great again, greater than ever before."
