The life of Angela "Big Ang" Raiola was celebrated this weekend in Staten Island as friends, family and fans came together for a "Big Dance Party."

In honor of the Mob Wives star, attendees were treated to an unforgettable night of disco music, tributes and love for the unforgettable VH1 star.

"We had a beautiful night and phenomenal lineup of talent," Angela's attorney Stephen Spinelli told E! News after the charity event. "All of the talent donated their acts and services to the show. You couldn't ask for a better lineup."

In between telling stories and dancing the night away, guests including stars from Jersey Shore and Orange Is the New Black were also able to watch a video presentation celebrating Angela's life.

"[Her husband] Neil was very happy to see the turnout and see how many people loved his wife," Stephen shared with E! News. "All in all, I would categorize it as an upbeat, happy event because that's what Neil wanted. He was sure that is what Angela wanted. If you knew Angela, she would have said enjoy yourself and get over it."

Ever since her introduction to reality TV on Mob Wives, Big Ang developed a loyal fan base. Thanks to her larger than life personality, the proud mom would also land two spin-offs and a few movie roles including a part in Scary Movie 5.

While she was never one to shy away from a fun time or a dramatic sit-down with her co-stars, Big Ang would ultimately document part of her cancer battle on TV.

While the dance party was a night of celebration, those closest to Big Ang couldn't help but miss their dear friend who always reminded others that "I'm not here for a long time, I'm here for a good time." Ultimately, the response from fans has given the family hope that they can make this disco dance fest an annual event.

"I can't tell you how rewarding it was when her best friends said Angela would have loved this. This is exactly what she would have wanted," Stephen shared with E! News. "This is what Angela's life was all about."
