Kourtney Kardashian & Justin Bieber Reunite at Miami Nightclub

The two had sparked romance rumors last year, following her split from Scott Disick

Kourtney Kardashian recently ran into an old friend...or rather, a young one, who sparked romance rumors with her last year.

The 37-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star and Justin Bieber, 22, helped celebrate mutual friend and club and restaurant owner David Grutman's belated 36th birthday Sunday night at his STORY nightclub in Miami. The singer, who sported bleached blond hair that he debuted last month, had performed in the city earlier in the day and hosted an after party at the venue.

Bieber was spotted leading Kourtney into the DJ booth and the two later chatted at her table, E! News has learned. The reality star, who wore a tight leather mini dress and thigh-high lace-up Tom Ford boots, was also joined by friends Larsa Pippen and Jonathan Cheban.

"Justin walked Kourtney in and they talked closely at her table and had a laugh," a source told E! News exclusively, adding that the two had a "playful energy."

Bieber's music was played at the club and Kourtney was spotted mouthing the lyrics. The singer spent some time dancing in the DJ booth and in addition to the reality star, he was also spotted chatting with other guests, including a group of girls at another table.

Earlier that night, Bieber led the crowd to sing "Happy Birthday" to Grutman.

Kourtney and her pals, as well as her family, jetted off to Miami for the Fourth of July holiday. She and her kids Mason, 6, and Penelope, 3, recently spent time at the beach and on Grutman's boat, the SS Groot.

Kourtney had broken up with Scott Disick,Mason and Penelope's dad and father of their 1-year-old brother Reign, almost exactly one year ago—over last year's Fourth of July holiday. The two have remained friendly and continue to co-parent their kids.

Months after their split, she stepped out with Bieber, sparking romance rumors. She said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show the two are friends.

On an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians that aired last December, Kourtney told her mother Kris Jenner,  "I'm not a dating person. I did the dating thing before Scott for like a minute and it was so not for me."

Her sister Khloe Kardashian told E! News this past January Kourtney is "not thinking about" dating "yet."
