Leave it to Rita Ora to know where the party's at.
The singer hit the red carpet for tonight's big Met Gala, and the first thing on her mind was, naturally, where the fun would be going down. Because while the evening is all about feting the best designers and some of the best fashion around, it's also about letting loose. And just where does one go to do that inside the Metropolitan Museum of Art?
As Rita told E!'s Catt Sadler, "The party is usually in the bathroom." If we had to use our imagination, we'd guess that said party includes its fair share of selfies. What are mirrors for, after all?
But before she can get inside to that bathroom fete, the "Body on Me" singer has to make it down the red carpet! She did so in style, rocking a super sensual silver feathered gown designed by the one and only Vera Wang. Ora told E! that while it took awhile to perfect the dress, she couldn't be happier about her designer plus-one.
"Miss Vera Wang has the best team in the world," she gushed. "She is the best, I am so honored."
While many celebrities at tonight's event went out of their comfort zone for the Manus x Machina theme (hint: that means technology), Rita said she felt more than comfortable with it.
"This was more up my street," said Ora. "It's vibrant."
All in all, we'd say the gown had the makings for a very good night. And the best part, according to Rita? Getting to spend the gala with Vera Wang on her arm. "She is the best date!" How's that for a pair of ladies?
