People Are Doing Crazy Stunts in Front of Google's Self-Driving Cars

Apparently taking your pants off when you see one is a thing now

No sane person would ever jump in front of a flippin' car with their pants off, amiright? It's a real concern when it comes to Google's cars, however. Director of Google's self-driving cars, Chris Urmson, delivered a talk at SXSW explaining the crazy that has transpired next to their vehicles. For starters, naked people jumping in front of them wasn't even the wildest thing that happened. No joke, one Google car came to a stop when it noticed a woman chasing a duck with a broomstick in her electric wheelchair. Did we mention this all went down IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD?! Bye.

If that didn't do it for you, perhaps a group of people playing real-life Frogger right in front of the car will. From dude-bros jumping out of nowhere and rolling on the car's hood, and everything yet to come, it's safe to say the Google car will have seen some shiz. Despite this, their adorable automobiles are actually doing a nice job putting up with pedestrians shenanigans. The cars are able to sense when something crazy is happening and slow to a stop until the madness ends. Shout-out to the Google car for taking the high road. Get it? Couldn't resist.
