Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge had a very scary weekend.

E! News can confirm that the Real Housewives of Orange County stars were hospitalized after a four-wheeling accident in Glamis, Calif., on Saturday.

A spokesperson for Bravo tells us, "There was an off-roading accident that occurred on Saturday morning during production of The Real Housewives of Orange County. Vicki and Tamra were taken to the hospital after the accident occurred. They were both released and are continuing to be monitored. Everyone at Bravo, along with their fans, send them our love and support."

TMZ was the first to report the story, saying the women were enjoying some fun in the desert while filming for their Bravo reality show. Tamra took a few of the ladies, including Vicki, for a spin in a Polaris RZR four-wheeler when it flipped and rolled several times.

Vicki was airlifted form the accident and taken to a local hospital where she was treated for minor injuries to her left leg and hip and was released Sunday morning. Tamra was also hospitalized for trauma to her lower back and hip and was released that night.

Both women took to social media to thank friends and fans for their thoughts and prayers.

"So many text , tweets and phone calls asking if this is true," Tamra wrote on Facebook. "I can confirm it is. Thank you for your prayers and concerns. We are both beat up but very lucky to be alive. I've never been so scared in my life. As the driver I have an overwhelming amount of guilt and just happy that the 4 of us are alive."

Vicki also took to Instagram to share a photo of the helicopter that had to airlift her to the hospital.

"Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers," she wrote alongside the hashtag, "#itwasntourtime."

We're glad to hear both women are recovering from the accident.

(E! News and Bravo are both members of the NBC Universal family).
