Ali Vincent, a 33-year-old hairstylist from Mesa, Arizona, became the first ever female winner of NBC's The Biggest Loser Tuesday night, taking home the $250,000 prize during the live fifth-season finale.
Vincent, who began the show at 234 pounds, lost nearly half her body weight—a mean 47.86 percent of her girth—during the competition, ultimately tipping the scales at a lean 122 pounds.
