Before he was fast and furious, showing off his shirtless non-dad bod and entering the Xander Zone, Vin Diesel was promoting...Street Sharks?

Back in 1994, the 48-year-old Fast & Furious and xXx star helped sell the now-discontinued Mattel toys at a toy fair, as seen in a video that was posted on YouTube last September and which surfaced on social media again this week.

The footage shows Vin sporting dark hair and wearing a sweet black leather vest and what appears to be a shark tooth necklace while sitting at a booth and playing with the half-human, half-shark action figures, as well as other toys, such as a Boglin-like hand puppet.

He growls and explains the different characters and their powers.

"This is Boomer," Vin says. "He's got the biggest mouth of 'em all. He's the whale shark. Say hello to that round mound of pound and his power slam. Very deadly. He loves to tenderize the competition before he eats it."

He also initiates a battle between a Street Shark and a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Turtle Troll Michelangelo action figure.

"He sends the competition to a watery grave," Vin says. "BOOM! Death."

The actor caught his big acting break four years later, with a role in Saving Private Ryan. He followed it with leading parts in The Chronicles of Riddick films, xXx and seven Fast & Furious movies. An eighth is in the works, while xXx is getting its first sequel with Vin soon as well.
