Kyle Richards undoubtedly has a lot on her plate between filming a hit reality show, balancing her ever-growing family (and businesses) and being a full-time mom.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star sat down with E! News to chat about everything from her fitness tricks and tips to how her sister Kim Richards is doing since her rocky last few months.
"Kim is doing really well, which you know obviously makes me really happy," she shared with us.
"She's happy and healthy and really on the right track."
And as for Nicky Hilton, who made headlines recently with the news that she is currently expecting her first child, Kyle admits that the entire family is "really excited" about the little one's arrival.
But family matters aside, Kyle says there's one thing she takes very, very seriously: her fitness game.
"I exercise probably four days a week. I'd like to exercise more but that's about all that I can squeeze in with my schedule," she dished.
"I love spinning and I love to be outdoors. I love hiking, going on walks with my friends…as long as your body is moving."
The former child star added, "I have tried every diet on the planet and now I don't use that word anymore. That is definitely a four-letter word…I just think it's a lifestyle. It has to be an everyday choice, every day to make the right choices and of course there are going to be days where you make bad decisions but you just pick up and start back over again." Amen!
