Ryan, who was rocking a suit from his Ryan Seacrest Distinction line, was in the middle of interviewing The Rock, who was actually also wearing Ryan Seacrest Distinction, about his signature pose on Instagram when the actor acknowledged Kate who was standing in line behind him.
"Kate Hudson loves this pose by the way," The Rock joked.
"Come on in Kate," Ryan told Kate, who then walked on camera.
The 36-year-old actress, who looked amazing in Michael Kors, then tried to mimic The Rock's pose with help from the actor.
"I was just complimenting him on his Instagram," Kate revealed to Ryan.
"What were you saying?" Ryan asked.
"Just that I follow him and I think he's... I love his dogs," Kate admitted.
"Yeah you do have a very entertaining Instagram," Ryan told The Rock.
Kate and The Rock then started talking about Snapchat, Kate just joined and tried to encourage The Rock to join.
"It's fun," Kate told him. "If you like telling stories it's really good."
