Sure, sometimes it's not as exciting because it's just another selfie from three years ago that looks identical to now, but other times we're given an absolute gem—like this absolutely epic photographic contribution from our girl, Lucy Hale.
See, the Pretty Little Liars star knows that the further back you throw it, the better it's gonna be. That's why she took us on a major blast from the past by posting a photo of herself as a little girl.
The snapshot shows a little Lucy—and her big brunette curls being held back by a white headband—flashing a smile for the camera at some sort of gathering. "Ultimate Throwback Thursday," the actress captioned the picture. Well done.
Hale followed with a more recent shot, sharing a black-and-white Instagram picture of herself in a robe cuddling up to boyfriend Anthony Kalabretta, who apparently is away at the moment. She simply captioned the sweet pic, "Miss you."
The actress and the recording artist have been dating since June. The two celebrated Hale's birthday together on June 14, and two weeks later, they enjoyed a romantic trip to Hawaii.
While the pair has not publicly opened up about their relationship, they certainly don't hide their romance on Instagram. According to Us Weekly, the cute couple "met through mutual friends and bonded over a lot of things—just having fun and their shared love of music."
And perhaps Lucy showed her beau some old photos and he just couldn't resist such a cutie.
