No Bad Blood Here! All the Details on Snoopy and Target Mascot Bullseye’s Almost-Twitter Squabble

This social media fight just got real

Unless you've been living under a rock, you've caught wind of the explosive Twitter tiff between two of America's favorite pups, Target's mascot, Bullseye and costar Snoopy that took place this morning. It all started when the two infamous pups starred in what was seemingly an amicable Target commercial spot. What looked to be a good time between pals quickly took a turn when Snoopy took to Twitter to reveal that his co-star Bullseye did anything but hit his mark during filming.

The following Twitter squabble ensued:

October 25
Target commercial starring Bullseye and Snoopy airs on TV.

October 28, 9:44 a.m.: Snoopy releases the spot on Twitter and playfully knocks Bullseye's performance.

October 28, 9:56 a.m.: To save face, the brand behind Bullseye backs their boy up and tweets back at Snoopy.

October 28, 10:15 a.m.: Not one to back down, Snoopy takes the debate a step further and releases the full-length blooper reel to the twitter-verse as proof of Bullseye's acting chops.

October 28, 11:08 a.m.: Target, not pleased with Snoopy's mischievous antics, tweets a scandalous pic of a cat in Snoopy's house.

October 28, 12:00 p.m.: In the interest of preserving the friendship with his pal Bullseye, Snoopy squashes the might-be Twitter war.

October 28, 12:33 p.m.: Target tweets that everything was all in good fun.
