Another one of Misty Copeland's impressive talents: covering quite a few topics in one sitting!

The famous ballerina sat down with E! News this week to discuss plans for her upcoming wedding, the negative stereotypes facing the dance industry and the steps she takes to maintain her rock-hard bod.

First on deck, Copeland's special day with longtime boyfriend Olu Evans (who also happens to be Taye Digg's cousin). Though it's no surprise to hear that the 33-year-old is ecstatic to finally tie the knot after 10 years of dating, don't expect Misty to walk down the aisle in the same tutu and tiara she often sports with the American Ballet Theatre.

"I get to become a fairy princess on stage and wear incredible costumes and gowns to galas so, for me, I just want to have a simple, as easy-going day as I can have and just not have it be a big show," Copeland dished.

The athlete also weighed in on the debilitating pressures felt by fellow dancers, admitting, "I think that most people outside of the ballet just world assume we all have eating disorders."

While she acknowledged the existence of an "ideal" body type "that's been set over time in history," Misty believes that "you can have muscles and you can have curves, and you can still look feminine and be a ballerina."

And it's true that Copeland embodies all of these traits. Earlier this year, she broke down those aforementioned barriers and made history by becoming the first black principal dancer at the prestigious ABT. Her journey to the top of her profession is the focus of the new documentary A Ballerina's Tale, in theaters and available on VOD Oct. 14.

But such an incredible accomplishment would not be possible without a long sessions in the gym every now and then.

Copeland attributes swimming, Pilates and floor barre as major factors in keeping her figure fit and toned. But what's the newest workout craze Copeland is most excited about? A Pilates-esque strength-building routine called Gyrotonics.

This girl just can't stop!
