According to People, actor Sean Astin successfully finished the Ironman World Championship as fans cheered "Rudy! Rudy! Rudy!"
(Of course, the chant was in reference to his character in the underdog-triumphs sports film of the same name.
The Lord of the Rings actor tweeted his excitement, saying, "It's official, I am an Ironman. It was a magical day." He also posted his stats in the triathlon's swim, bike, and run categories as well as his finish time. Color us impressed!

Although his recovery-day photo looks glorious, we don't know if we could get into doing the Ironman ourselves. That being said, we'll be over here on the couch with a box of Domino's celebrating his awesome accomplishment. Anyone want to bring over The Goonies for good measure?
