Another day, another Kardashian-Jenner rumor.

A new report from Radar Online claims that Kylie Jenner, 18, has entered therapy over her relationship with rapper Tyga, claiming that the two have been "bickering non-stop lately."

However, a source tells E! News that there's no truth to the fabricated report and insists it's just a made-up tabloid story.

In addition to shooting down the latest rumor surrounding the youngest E! star's relationship, the insider also revealed what's really going on between Kourtney Kardashian and Justin Bieber after the two were spotted leaving a restaurant together and were later seen at Universal Studios Hollywood.

In short? Nothing.

"Yes, Kourtney and Justin are friends. But the whole family is friends with Justin," the source said in addition to noting that the pair used to be neighbors in Calabasas.

False rumors aside, Tyga and Kylie appear to be going strong, and the couple most recently enjoyed a romantic date night at Nobu, where they just so happened to bump into Caitlyn Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian.

"How is it that Caitlyn, Kourtney, and I ended up at the same restaurant tonight? Perks of having a huge family," Jenner captioned a cute selfie with her father.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians stunner also joined her boyfriend on stage when he performed at California State University, Northridge last weekend. The crowd went wild when the reality star made her appearance, hugging and kissing her man as he continued to rap his hit "Stimulated" (Jenner also appeared in the music video).

Meanwhile, Kourtney has been keeping busy following her headline-making breakup with Scott Disick. In a dramatic new sneak peek for the upcoming season 11 of the hit reality show, the father of three is seen moving out of the home he shared with his girlfriend of nine years as he admits, ''I f--ked up. I made the worst decision I could've ever made in my life."
