There's no denying that politicians have a certain knack for spinning information and comments, but Carly Fiorina has managed to turn a harsh insult into a compliment.

Fiorina's GOP opponent, Donald Trump, told Rolling Stone that he could never imagine anyone voting for Fiorina because of her appearance. "Look at that face!," the magazine quoted Trump as saying. "Would anyone vote for that? Can you imagine that, the face of our next president. I mean, she's a woman, and I'm not s'posedta say bad things, but really, folks, come on. Are we serious?"

That isn't the first time the real estate magnate has gone after a woman over her looks. Trump also criticized supermodel Heidi Klum, claiming that she's "no longer a 10" because she's 42 years old. Klum responded to his comments with a lighthearted video, and now Fiorina is firing back with her own video—but it isn't lighthearted.

The Carly for America Committee released a campaign ad titled "Look at That Face," in which Fiorina is seen speaking at a women's event. In the minute-long video, Fiorina praises "the faces of women's suffrage."

"Ladies, look at this face," Fiorina says in the ad. "And look at all your faces. The face of leadership."

She ends the video on a powerful note.

"This is the face of a 61-year-old woman," she says. "I am proud of every year and every wrinkle."

Although she doesn't name Trump specifically in the ad, it's clear whom she's going after in it. But politics aside, this video is pretty powerful for women.
