Nicole Scherzinger has a new summer cut and color, and we have to say, the star's face-framing lob in the super-trendy-now bronde hue (started by one Blake Lively) is extremely flattering. Chris McMillan The Salon hairstylist Brant Mayfield posted a photo of her new 'do to Instagram August 4, showcasing the singer's covetable layers (and even more covetable accessories—check the oversized hat).
Scherzinger first went blond back in February, opting for lightened locks after splitting with her boyfriend of seven years, Lewis Hamilton. The blond tint worked to warm her already warm complexion, making for a complete breakover success.

Adrian Grenier is also getting in on the summer haircut game, and letting his Facebook followers in on the big 'do-over while he's at it.
"Change, it happens," the Entourage star wrote alongside a time-lapse vid posted to his account on August 4, which shows his once-luscious brown shag being buzzed to a kitschy fauxhawk. Adrian's making funny faces throughout the entire video, by the way, which makes it even more adorable worth watching.
Gotta agree for these two stars: Change is good!
