Thanks to Jirka Väätäinen, fantasy looks a lot more like reality.

The artist, who hails from Helsinki, Finland, has envisioned male Disney characters in "real life," and the results are pretty darn magical. "This is a personal project and has no affiliation with Disney in any way," he writes on Bēhance.

Using Photoshop, Melbourne-based Väätäinen imagined what characters from classic movies like Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, The Little Mermaid and Sleeping Beauty might look like if they appeared a little less cartoonish and a lot more like the supermodels you might see in the pages of Esquire or GQ.

Is it just us, or does John Smith look like Jason Lewis' twin? Richard Madden was, well, rather charming as Prince Charming in 2015's Cinderella, and we can't wait to see Dan Stevens as Prince Adam in 2017's live-action Beauty and the Beast—but let's be honest, Väätäinen's imaginings make them look even better!

Väätäinen created renderings of Prince Charming (Cinderella), Aladdin (Aladdin), John Smith (Pocahontas), Prince Adam (Beauty and the Beast), Prince Eric (The Little Mermaid), Hercules (Hercules), Prince Phillip (Sleeping Beauty) and Tarzan (Tarzan). When he previously featured female Disney characters "in real life," he drew Princess Ariel (The Little Mermaid), Ursula (The Little Mermaid), Belle (Beauty and the Beast), Megara (Hercules), Princess Aurora (Sleeping Beauty), Esmeralda (The Hunchback of Notre Dame), Princess Jasmine (Aladdin), Pocahontas (Pochontas), Mulan (Mulan), Princess Tiana (The Princess and the Frog), Snow White (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs), Cinderella (Cinderella), Rapunzel (Tangled), Alice (Alice in Wonderland), Jane (Tarzan), Tinker Bell (Peter Pan), Wendy Darling (Peter Pan), Merida (Brave), Queen Elsa (Frozen) and Princess Anna (Frozen).
