Dad's insane catch while carrying baby, BaseballVine

It bears watching and re-watching (thanks, Vine), but we have a different emotion every time.

First of all, this spectator caught a foul ball with his bare hand at the Dodgers-Cubs game at Wrigley Field tonight with such ease, it almost looked fake! As if Dodgers first baseman Adrian Gonzalez actually did catch the ball and then someone edited this guy in. (In fact, the umpire did rule the catch an interference on Gonzalez, who would easily have caught the ball otherwise.)

But far more importantly, while this fellow snagged that ball with his right hand, his left hand was busy holding a baby! Actually, to be more specific—he was feeding a baby!

So, while the catch was one of those once-in-a-lifetime, sure-to-go-viral moments...

Is anyone else kind of uncomfortable with how close that little bare baby head was to that incoming baseball?

Of course, the baby was none the wiser. He just continued on with his bottle. So here's hoping that Dad enjoys the moment, now that he's a local legend for his smooth, "I got this" ways.

But we do wonder what Mom had to say.
