Ciara's baby boy is growing up right before our eyes!
Future Zahir Wilburn, who turned 1 just last month, is already walking. His proud mama, 29, shared an adorable of her little man doing his thing, writing, "I Can Finally Hold Hands And #WALK With My Little One! #Milestones"
Young Future is named after his father, Future the rapper. Ciara and Future (Sr.) called off their engagement in 2014 (they had been trying to repair their relationship after rumors surfaced that Future had cheated). In December, a source explained to E! News that despite their efforts, this relationship just "could not be saved."
"Ciara could not get over what had happened," added the source. "She is focusing on her baby and friends now. Her baby is the most important person in her life." The source added that Future is "a great father," and that the rapper and Ciara "want to keep things civil for the baby."
Just last month, Refinery 29 asked Ciara what it's been like co-parenting with her ex, to which she replied, "Everything has been kind of organic."
"The thing is, I was really prepared when my son was born. He was planned, so I was really excited for him to be on this earth," she went on. "The cool thing is that [my son] travels with me: He's my good luck charm. If anything, he makes the traveling even more interesting. It could be another way, but it has been working out very smoothly."
