Emma Watson puts on an American accent again in her latest film, the thriller Regression, and reunites with a fellow Harry Potter alum!

In the movie, the 25-year-old British actress plays Angela Gray, a young woman who is trying to bring sexual abuse charges against her father, who admits guilt but claims not to remember any of the incidents. David Thewlis, 52, who played Professor Remus Lupin alongside Watson in five Harry Potter films, plays a psychologist who works with him to try and recall the memories.

Ethan Hawke, 44, plays the detective who works with Angela. Things get even more complicated and freaky as hell when he discovers that a nationwide mystery surrounding a satanic cult may be involved in the case.

"I heard a knock at the door. There was an old lady. They were headed for my dad's workshop. I could hear chanting. They were wearing robes," Watson's character recalls in a terrified voice. "I think they were following me"

Watson had also sported an American accent in the romance film The Perks of Being a Wallflower and the crime drama The Bling Ring.

Regression also stars The 100 actor Devon Bostick, 23, as well as Smallville alum Aaron Ashmore, 35, and David Dencik, 40, who plays Angela's father. The movie is expected to be released later this year.
