Shia LaBeouf is set on getting your Monday off on the right foot.

The actor is taking part in a new video project dubbed "#Introductions" with a group of London fine art students he collaborated with, and his 30-minute clip has gone viral.

The video shows the actor giving an intense (Did we say intense? Oh, we mean INTENSE) motivational speech and we gotta say, it's definitely worth pressing play when you're feeling particularly unambitious.

LaBeouf screams "just do it" at the top of his lungs periodically and adds, "Don't let your dreams be dreams. Yesterday you said tomorrow, so just do it. Make your dreams come true, just do it!"

He continues at one point, "Some people dream success while you're gonna wake up and work hard at it. Nothing is impossible.

You should get to the point where anyone else will quit and you're not going to stop there no what are you waiting for? Do it!"

The 28-year-old California native then offers one final, poignant-esque thought to those who can't seem to get an action plan going for accomplishing their goals.

"If you're tired of starting over, stop giving up," he shares. Fair point.

So get 'er done, you guys. For Shia's sake.
