The "Fancy" singer took to the 2015 Billboard Music Awards with saccharine pink-dyed tips, offset by her powder blue and nude crop top set. Styled in tousled waves, Iggy's warm blond locks also appeared just a bit shorter than her usual medium-length style.
"I'm having an image overhaul," Iggy explained to E! News' Giuliana Rancic on the Billboard's red carpet. "I'm recording my second album and I felt like I need a change of hair and change of style. I'm feeling very revamped."
And an image revamp it is indeed— in fact, we'd say it qualifies as "Fancy!"
It seems pink hues are the du jour hair color as of late, with a collection of A-listers opting for the cotton candy-esque shade. That's right, Madonna herself went pink last week, flaunting her magenta ombré on Instagram last week to the caption of: "Rise and Shine NY!!!#bitchimmadonna." Also on team pink, Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting, Hilary Duff and Julianne Hough have all played with the punchy hair shade.
But back to Iggy—she's a cutting-edge star after all, meaning she's entitled to have a little fun with her hair!
