Melissa Rivers is setting the record straight on one rumor surrounding her mother's estate.

After reports surfaced that The Book of Joan author was inheriting the bulk of Joan Rivers' estate, the Fashion Police executive producer made it clear that the $100 million number floating around is far from accurate.

"You're on a big choking diamonds trend," Wendy Williams joked when noticing Melissa's earrings Tuesday morning on the Wendy Williams Show. "Now that you have $100 million."

"Which I do not have, by the way!" Melissa proclaimed. "That was a giant exaggeration to the point where I read it so many places, I picked up my phone and called my business manager."

"I said, 'Do I have $100 million?' He was like, 'No.' I said, 'Maybe you forgot to tell me.' He said, 'No, I didn't forget to tell you, you don't have it.'"

Instead of worrying about false reports in the press, Melissa remains focused on raising her son, Cooper. She also is ready to get back to Fashion Police with a brand-new panel.

Wendy had her fair share of suggestions, including Amber Rose, Kimora Lee Simmons, Khloé Kardashian and Lloyd Boston. For now, though, it's too early to make a final decision on who will join the show.

"We just started discussions," Melissa shared to the audience.  "I don't know who it's going to be."

She added, "But right now—I mean, for all we know every name under the sun has been thrown onto the list. We're slowly starting to figure out what would work."

Fashion Police is slated to return this September in celebration of the 2015 Emmys.
