It's safe to say Russell Wilson scored some major points with this date night.

Just three days after attending the White House Correspondents' Dinner with his grandmother, the Seattle Seahawks quarterback returned to the Washington D.C. landmark with Ciara for a romantic evening together.

Dressed up in formal wear, the hot new couple was spotted holding hands as they attended President Barack Obama's Japanese state dinner with a few famous faces.

Guests including Shonda Rhimes, George Takei and Vice President Joe Biden enjoyed a tasty meal created by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimonto and White House chef Cris Comerford.

Just one day earlier, Ciara was back in Los Angeles attending a live taping of The Voice. When asked about her new man, the "1, 2 Step" singer tried to remain coy. However, there was no hiding her love for Wilson's football team.

"Seahawks rock, absolutely," she told E! News with a giant smile on her face.

So she'll definitely be going to some games next season with all the crazy die-hard fans, right?

"Absolutely," she added. "I can only imagine. I think [the fans are] pretty much the best." Until it's time for kick-off, the twosome is still getting to know each other. But so far, both parties appear to be more than happy.

"Things are a bit busy for both of them now, but they are willing to make time and see where they may go," a source told E! News. "She thinks he is a complete gentleman and has really enjoyed hanging out with him these past few weeks. It's constant laughter and fun with them."
