Hunky actor Derek Theler and his girlfriend, Christina Ochoa, created their own version of the network's Naked and Afraid! The reality TV show follows a man and a woman who are stripped of their clothes and left stranded in some of the world's harshest environments. They must learn to survive for 21 days without food or water.
But in the Baby Daddy actor's version of the show, he and Ochoa must survive for only 21 hours! The couple has been documenting their adventure on Instagram, kicking off their mission with a pic of them still clothed.
"Who else loves @DiscoveryChannel? @derektheler & I are doing our own #NakedAndAfraidAdventure! The Mission: Survive 21 HOURS in the desert. Stay tuned & wish us luck!" Ochoa captioned her pic.
Soon after the initial post, the clothes come off and the adventurous couple embarks on using their "survival items," which include a knife and a FireStarter. With his abs and other parts fully on display, Theler looks pretty good "naked and afraid."

We don't mind the view, either!
Twenty-one hours later and what appears to be a bloody leg due to a bite from a "Viperconda," the couple makes it to the "extraction point" where a helicopter rescues them! Still naked but more relieved than afraid, the couple signals their ride. But it looks like Ochoa handled the day a little better than her boyfriend, as she was carrying him to salvation LOL.
We don't blame him for hitching the ride though, as his poisonous bite led him to suffer from "fever and vivid hallucinations." You'd think after these crazy hours of adventure the couple would have lost some weight, but it turns out they didn't lose anything. In fact, Ochoa gained three pounds!
