Becca Tilley is handling her Bachelor rejection like a boss.

She thought she might be falling in love with Chris Soules leading up to Monday's finale, but Whitney Bischoff was already quite sure she was head over heels for the farmer from Iowa. Not surprisingly, Whitney got a ring and a rose, while Becca walked away empty-handed. The limo ride home might have seemed long and lonely, but Becca's bounced back...

On Tuesday, the 25-year-old chiropractic assistant from San Diego reflected on her "crazy ride" on The Bachelor in a heartfelt Instagram post, writing, "I've had the question asked: 'why did you go on this show?'....Why not? I had the time of my life. Met some amazing girls who will be in my life forever and met an amazing guy who showed me that there are good guys out there- the kind who are patient and genuine."

"Did i fall in love? No- but how would I have known that would be the outcome?" she continued. "Sometimes you have to try things and see what happens! I love @whitb624 [Whitney, Chris' now fiancée] and could not be happier for the two of them. Thanks for the [heart]! #thebachelor"

Pretty positive attitude, right? When Chris, 33, spoke to People, he had kind things to say regarding Becca and the many other "great women" who competed for his heart, too. And ultimately, when it came down to it, though, Becca was just "in a different place in her life compared to where I am," he said.

"That doesn't make it a bad thing, and it didn't change how I felt about her, but it's about trying to find the person that you can see in your life and that you have the best chance of making it work forever with," he added  "My sister said, 'You're not looking for a girlfriend, you're looking for a wife.' That's the truth."

And in Whitney, he said, he found "my soulmate."
