Alyssa Milano has shared with her fans another heartwarming photo of herself breastfeeding her baby...while multitasking, again!

The picture was posted on the 42-year-old Charmed and Mistresses alum and Project Runway: All Stars host's Instagram page on Thursday and shows her nursing her 6-month-old daughter, Elizabella, while a man applies makeup to her face. Milano had that morning guest co-hosted the CBS daytime talk show The Talk for the fourth time, after making her debut on Monday.

"Make-up, hair in rollers, breastfeeding and being prepped by our producer for #TheTalk," she said.

The picture, which she also posted on Facebook, spurred mostly positive reactions, such as "Now this is perfection" and "THANK YOU FOR NORMALIZING BREASTFEEDING!!"

Others took the opportunity to be vulgar and some were offended by the photo.

"Breastfeeding should be done in private," one person wrote on Facebook. "Definitely not done in public. What is wrong with people?"

The actress had in October shared the first photo of herself breastfeeding Elizabella, her and husband David Bugliari's second child, who was then almost two months old. In November, she also posted a picture of herself nursing the child while getting her hair and makeup done for a magazine photo shoot (see above). Both pictures drew mixed reactions.

"I just think it's important for women to feel comfortable feeding their babies wherever," she told E! News in December. "If we're in public, we shouldn't have to go in the bathroom."

Breastfeeding in public remains a topic of debate in the United States. The issue was part of a plot line on Charmed in 2004.

Also in December, Milano had also spoken about her first breastfeeding photo with her daughter in an interview on The Talk, saying she was saddened by the negative reactions.

"Who are we, that now we get upset as human beings if we see a woman feeding her baby?" she said. "It's crazy to me. Crazy, crazy, crazy."

"But I just think, 'Where are we that this has now become offensive?'" she added. "So not only is it beautiful, but it's also a necessity. I'm feeding my kid."

Milano and her husband are also parents to son Milo, 3, whom she also breastfed. He helped his mother out while she guest co-hosted The Talk on Thursday (see above).

"When I tweet about breastfeeding or baby stuff in general, it feels good knowing that women are there to support each other," Milano said in a 2011 interview with the website Best for Babes. "The mommy club is pretty special and I love being a part of it."
