Paris Takes Money from Little Children

Being in love with Paris Hilton means sometimes you gotta hurt the kids.

Benji Madden was hired to deejay at Privé Las Vegas last weekend—with all the money he would have made slated to go to his bro's Richie-Madden Children's Foundation.

The one catch was that the Good Charlott-an was not allowed to appear at any nightclubs the night before Saturday’s event.

But Paris, of course, can’t keep away from a strobe light, so the two apparently hit several spots Friday night. 

Privé confirms to E! News they had no choice but to cancel Madden’s appearance—and with it, the money that would have gone to disadvantaged kids.

According to Perez Hilton, when asked why he violated his agreement, Benji said, "I feel awful, but I didn't know what to do. I'm crazy about this girl."

Maybe the couple should get new bling rings with “D.A.” on them...for "dumbasses."
