Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin is pissed Beyoncé would dare refer to Tina Turner as the Queen during their Grammy duet. In a statment, Aretha says, "I dismissed it as a cheap shot for controversy." Oh, divas, life would be so much less fun without you.

Speaking of divas, Mariah Carey has released her new single "Touch My Body." We don't want to send Mimi into a crying fit in her Hello Kitty room, but it's not exactly her best work. Still, we'll let you be the judge.

• Dakota Fanning has backed out of a movie because she doesn't want to shave her head, and she's taking her sister with her. Hmmm, who could ever replace Dakota Fanning? The Little Miss Sunshine girl, of course! She should look interesting with a shaved head.

On Tuesday night's Chelsea Lately, E!'s funnychick announced, "By the way, Jim, Jenny wanted me to tell you she's pregnant." Jim, as in Carrey...and Jenny, as in McCarthy. Jenny's rep says it was a joke but announcements like this sure make late-night TV more fun.

• Gary Coleman, 40, has been secretly married since August to the 22-year-old seller of his eBay memorabilia...his first romantic relationship ever. She mentioned she has never seen Diff'rent Strokes and that his anger issues sometimes prompt him to throw things in her direction. We have just one question: When does the reality show start taping?
