In his own words, Jimmy Fallon is upping his game.

And no, we're not talking about a new Tonight Show segment. We mean the ice cream game—Ben & Jerry's, to be precise.

The late night host, who is one of the lucky celebrities to have a pint of frozen goodness named after him (Late Night Snack, featuring salty caramel swirls and fudge-covered potato chips), decided to raise the bar on himself and create a brand new Tonight Show-themed dessert. He unveiled the new flavor on last night's episode, and you can bet he did it in true Jimmy Fallon fashion.

The original Ben and Jerry (aka the brand's founders) were on hand for the big reveal. The flavor, titled The Tonight Dough (pun definitely intended), combines caramel and chocolate ice creams with chocolate cookie swirls, chocolate cookie dough, and peanut butter cookie dough. In other words, it's a straight-up party in your mouth.

As with every Ben & Jerry's ice cream, all the ingredients are fair-trade. And, all of The Tonight Dough's proceeds go to the SeriousFun Children's Network, which fosters summer camps for children with serious illnesses. That means you should eat as much of the flavor as humanly possible. It's for the kids!

Check out the clip of the big reveal below—unless you're already on your way to the nearest scoop shop.
