It's Official: Dad's Looking Out for Britney

While most of you who voted in our earlier poll thought Britney's affairs should be handled by a court-appointed monitor, it's her dad, Jamie, who's been given the honor, at least until Monday.

That means he can make decisions on her behalf, including who has access to her home and hospital room.

At the same time, a temporary restraining order was issued against her manager, Sam Lutfi.
