Enough of the negative press, including wild claims in Andrew Morton's unauthorized bio or the YouTube remixes of that Scientology video clip. 

Tom is back in the pilot's seat and taking control of his image.

Or at least that's the impression we get from the sudden announcement that he's gonna be a presenter at the Screen Actors Guild Awards ceremony Sunday.

Because if we've learned anything from the glib-bashing, couch-jumping star, it's that he'd rather create his own wacky headlines than let someone else steal all the glory. Yeah, baby!
